1. Permitted Use
ResiConnect may be used only for lawful, authorized business purposes related to the customer's residential care operations and only by users with valid permission from their organization.

Acceptable Use Policy
Baseline use rules for authorized users and organizations accessing ResiConnect.
2. Prohibited Activities
Users may not use ResiConnect for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or unauthorized purposes, or in a way that violates applicable agreements, policies, or laws.
3. Unauthorized Access
Users may not access or attempt to access accounts, organizations, systems, records, APIs, data, or workflows that they are not authorized to use.
4. Security Abuse
Users may not probe, scan, attack, disrupt, bypass, reverse engineer, exploit, overload, or interfere with ResiConnect security, authentication, authorization, monitoring, or infrastructure controls.
5. Misuse of PHI or Sensitive Data
Users may not upload, disclose, export, share, or process protected health information or other sensitive data unless authorized by the customer, permitted by law, and supported by required contractual and technical safeguards.
6. Interference With Service
Users may not interfere with platform availability, performance, integrity, or reliability, including by introducing malware, abusive automation, excessive requests, or content that harms other users or systems.
7. Enforcement
EmaraCore LLC may investigate suspected violations and may suspend, restrict, or terminate access when needed to protect ResiConnect, customers, users, data, or third parties.
