Where ResiConnect is used to process protected health information, EmaraCore LLC will support appropriate contractual and technical safeguards, including Business Associate Agreement workflows where applicable. This policy does not promise full HIPAA compliance unless required agreements, controls, and production readiness requirements are in place.
11. User Choices
Users may be able to update account information, preferences, or settings through ResiConnect. Organization-controlled data requests should generally be directed to the customer's organization administrator.
12. Children's Privacy
ResiConnect is intended for business and organizational use and is not directed to children. Users should not create accounts for children or submit children's information except as authorized by the customer and applicable law.
13. Changes to Policy
EmaraCore LLC may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material updates should be communicated through reasonable means, such as posting an updated policy or notifying customers.
